Go to Sally Hansen beauty supply and buy some cuticle remover cream. Leave the cream on about 5 minutes and use and orangewood stick to gently remove the cuticles. You can also go to a manicurist and have them do it for you. The choice is yours...good luck!

You need to get some cuticle softner to soften the cuticles up for you and then remove them with a cuticle remover..

or if u can, got to manicurist and let them do it..and u sit and watch what they are doing..take notes!!..

You're supposed to push them back towards the root using an orange stick. Softening them in warm water'll help.
