the only one i know of is the wash out your mouth with salt water several times a day.

Lemon juice on it. It hurts, but helps. Also, swish salt water in your mouth.

vodak just put a little on ur sore...or brush ur teeth really good and rinse ur moth with warm water!!!

yes put a tum or rolaid on it and hold it there. best answer that I have.
