As a lawyer and a psychological counselor before my current profession, I would say the death penalty is justified. First of all, treatment does not work. Child molesters are a strange breed. I dealt with a few on a forensics unit and once they are caught and incarcerated they will be open about molesting and will tell you they will do it again. I never saw 1, or even saw any case studies where this compulsion was cured through medicine or therapy. They are sick, sick people that have no reason to be allowed to dwell among innocent children in our society.
The second reason for the death penalty is for the children. Again in my counseling time, I saw and dealt with children that had been sexually abused. As sad and as cold as it may sound, many of these children would have been better off if they would have been killed by their assaulter, rather than have to live with the thoughts of their abuse. It is confusing to the child and robs them of any innocence. These kids grow up with guilt and shame and typically do not develop as others will. These kids are promiscuous, have low self-esteem, and usually turn to a life of alcohol and drug abuse. Many of these kids turn to a life of crime and and some actually become molesters themselves as they act out the events that destroyed them at a young age. It sounds strange that some of these kids do re-enact this behavior, but it is well documented in psychiatric journals.
I do not see any reason to keep these people alive in prison. Inevitably they will be released. When they are set free, they will commit their crimes again. All this does is allow another child to become a victim when the State could have prevented it. To me, there is no excuse for that in the name of political correctness.

if the husband hasn't ever been accused, charged, prosecuted and so on. he has finished no longer some thing incorrect. because of each of the rumours his ex-spouse is telling each body ,their believing them .until eventually prov en different sensible they can't do no longer some thing .as for the 4 that are sex offenders and infant molesters they should be positioned away an by away the most important yet instead they, you may besides say provide them a slap on the wrist provide them an section to stay, which they know o.k. is the most important ma stake they ever made, yet my idea is the regulation is blind and stupid and basically enable them spoil out with it what's amazingly incorrect, having the stay their existence is like giving them an invitation , retaining right here you bypass for being any such sturdy boy right here's a heighbourhood finished of children have exciting.the way the husband is being dealt with is amazingly incorrect and needs to left on my own. they favor to consintrate on those that their being so fantastic to.their those that needs to pay for what they have finished. those neighbours favor to awaken and smarten up what's incorrect with them.

For starters, render him permanently impotent and every time he does something like that again do a little more. Second offense, castrate him and so on until the final step lethal injection.

The minimum in my opinion should be life without parole, and no protection in prison. Throw em in with the rest of the population and see how they like being attacked, raped, and killed.

This is not' politically correct and will twirl ACLU, but I think they should all be segregated in one place. To my knowledge, this 'disease' cannot be cured, even with chemical castration.

No second chance, no 'rehabilitation'.
It is long past the time to start really protecting our children.
