Well, if that is not its name, then it must be a description. What could it be describing?

A settlement of mayors on the River Eden? OK, there are several River Edens in the UK, but I cannot find any boasting a settlement of mayors.

Lots of choices here, depending on what you mean by the question. I would guess you meant to ask, "What are the names of the major settlements along the River Eden."
