ok so lyk i get how the marker kind works and all but the pencil type lyk is real big even after u sharpen it and so it covers ALL under ur eyelashes not just lyk wherever it is supposed to b.

The pencil .....you will just need to practice putting it on and take it off and do it again..... it will not be as neat as the marker but you can also try liquid. My daughter uses her pencil on for the lip of her bottom eye lid and it looks beautiful.

How big is the pencil you're trying to use? A standard pencil shouldn't be 'real big', unless you bought a crayon type. You may just need a little more practice using it, but a pencil should be pretty easy to use.

Try a liquid, with a fine tip, itll go whereever you want it too. The pencil kind just kinda smear on, and they arnt really that good, also try pulling the skin on the outside, outwords a little, makes it tighter, and easier to apply. Good Luck, hun :] Have a great day!

the pencil is not for everyone! there are also liquid eyeliners out there as well. You should never put it in your eye...just underneath or above. If you can't figure it out, go to a cosmetologist or a department store and ask them to show u how it's done!

You don't do it under your bottom lash line, you do it just above before the eye. If it helps, you can pull your bottom lid down a little, to be able to draw a line. Imagine drawing along your lashes, and you won't go in your eye. let go, and it won't be under all your lashes without a panda look, just the thin line where you wanted. It'll work, trust me.

over your bottom eyelashes pull down your eyelashes and put it on the narrow piece of skin. some people put it under that flap of skin too. it may hurt a little but you'll get used to it
