I have a poor memory for tastes .. but as I sit here I can recall in my taste buds a fantastic fish that I had on a Greek island in about 1985.

A lot of times it's hard to tell. Sometimes we can only remember something was good, but a lot of times we feel we remember it so well that we can actually taste it. It may be some kind of illusion, or it actually could be real.

We remember the taste. If I am blind folded, I still can identify what I have eaten.
