treadmil - it all depends, i love treadmil because i dont walk like little sweet girls i run for 35 45 minutes straight! and i dont want the sweat to air-dry in the wind outside which is quite annoying and dont want the sun to make me sweat 3 times more!!
but if you're just gonna walk around like you would walk your dog maybe going outside is a better choice for you!

Sometimes I walk outside because I love going to different places near our place to places I've never been. Lately, I've just discovered that the other subdivisions near us are really just small when I though they were really big when I was a kid. I've also found interesting subdivisions too. I was exercising but it feels less like it because I was really enjoying it. Why not take a walk for today then use the treadmill tomorrow? Just to make it a little different.

I like treadmills better. "Going for a walk" isn't much execise - brisk paced walking is. You really need to hustle, although a slow walk could be helpful to your spirit.
