regardless of if we are innocent UNTIL proven guilty.?

I personally do feel this...that we persecute everybody in our paths...right or wrong...we don't care and we don't spare anyone..that we all can be quite heartless!
I know that I have done this, and it also bothers me,greatly!
I also feel that we who signed the "three strikes you are out" law...should have thought a lot harder about this.....before signing anything! I know that I stupidly signed that thing...and as much as I thought about it...I didn't know ENOUGH..regarding this bill! I should have asked..and really talked more about it...trying to find out MORE.....it isn't the greatest thing to have around in the first place!!!

Human beings are quick to judge when in groups. Individually, they are loathe to judge out of fear they will be judged in return.

Beware groupthink.

Who are we to Judge anyone, nothing gives us the right to judge. when I was young i was a real taeraway, selfcentred, I am the kiddo thug, walked around with a machete and used it, until i was up in front of a judge i looked at this guy and in my mind he was naked, all the power this guy had and i saw him naked, just like me, and i thought what right do you have to judge me, ok you have done your sums and you managed to fool all that you have the right to judge, can they all see what is in your head have you never ever done anything wrong in your life, never had a bad thought, never thought of seeing a naked woman never had an erection other than laying with your wife, sorry mate no, you are not my Judge,
I had a fine for the offence and i saw it as under the law of the country i should not harm no person, I changed my ways after that so no one has reason to judge me, or he will be judged. only one judge that is God almighty who is of no sin. and he alone has the right to judge

Yes, but it is something I work on very hard. I am overweight and so am very quickly judged as having no self-control and easily dismissed as a slob. Many people don't know I eat just a little as they do. I have a medical condition. Since I am subject to this kind of treatment, it's easier for me to not be so quick to judge others.

Yes, I feel that way. There are way to many stereotypes out there. But not everyone judge people instantly. I don't judge immediately well by looks anyway. I personalty go by first impressions but as I get to know a person I can change my mind about that person.

just the one who is completely aware of the case can judge ,a good judgement needs to consider all the acpects cpmpletely , anyway i prefer don,t judge people ,it is beetter to talk abt the act they,ve done and find what was the reason bcs differentt actions have different meanings and reasons.

Yes...the majority judges too quickly. Walk a mile (or even a couple feet) in someone else's shoes. If everyone would allow themselves to do this once in awhile this would be a much kinder, gentler world.

Again, it is necessary to judge until you realize that there's no difference between good and evil, right or wrong, etc. It is basically because of ignorance that we judge. When you realize that there's only good and right, then you will appreciate and evolve instead.

It's only natural to judge things - it's advantageous because it saves us the time and effort we would need to actually think about everything around us critically! Imagine if every time you saw something you had to think about it and evaluate it - you wouldn't make it out of your house!

My experience has been that humans are not only too quick to judge others, but make that judgement all too often by superficial criteria...physical appearance, manner of speaking, social background, etc.,.
