Maybe gene's play a role in that. Other then that I guess You were just born with a small one. Nothing can change that accept surgrey. But don't worry it's not about the size, it's about the motion in the ocean. =)

Well penis length depends upon race and heridity.We have to understand abt you ur past disease status your weight height age ratio and many other aspects to know exact cause for small size of ur penis and its treatment.Once reason for its present size is resolved then its treatment for enlargement is possible

What is your size in erect condition. If it is 4 inches above you have a normal size. Stop thinking in this direction. Sex is performed from the healthy and tension free mind and execution is in between thighs.
