if you can tell he is a terrorist just by looking at him, I say you need to get over being racist.

let us know wether u r on a jeep or on foot. if u r on foot then very soon u may run short of your supplies so it is advised in such condition that u should ask him a favour to shoot u at once so that u can get rid of both easily i mean the desert and the terrorist.
If u r on some vehicle then u don't have to fear u will certainly get away.

Drop on the floor and pretend to be dead.
Maybe if you have some ketchup handy you could cover your face and/or body with it (think: fake blood).
Don't move until they've gone way past you.
Maybe try to put some sand on top of yourself so it might seem that you've been lying there dead for a couple of days.
