I don't care about having lost the account. All I want is the 360 email and blog entries I wrote about my deceased wife, especially poems I wrote about her.

I never dabbled in poetry before. They were agonizing to write and I cannot reconstruct them fully from memory.

I created this new account to contact Yahoo. They've REFUSED to respond to repeated requests to get them back.

Is this not theft of intellectual property?

Thank all of you for the kind words. And thank you for not flaming me with caustic remarks like so many do.

I went blind and insane trying to read that damn TOS.

That REALLY sucks. But I don't think you can get it back. Once gone, it's lost. As for the intellectual property theft, no it isn't because I think that is contemplated in the terms of service you agree when you open you account. They can do whatever they want with the content you submit. Erase it,anything. I do believe you should continue to bomb them with e-mails because it is a totally legitimate cause. Maybe in a special case something can be done! Good luck.

No, you can't have it back, unless you protest your suspension a LOT.
