She just seems to be putting on an act for the cameras. I wasn't an Anna fan, but her show was okay, and she was okay. I am geuninely saddened about her untimely death, but I do hope she is at peace now.
I thought Anna was undeserving of all J.marshall's money, but then she did what any other person or woman would have did if put in her shoes. I feel sad for the baby who will never know her mom, no matter what type of person Anna was.

All we know about Vergie is what the press is saying. From my observations, she is sincere about her concern for Dannielynn. You have to give her credit for wanting to get the baby out from under Howard's control. I think it was more the influence of Howard, not the drugs, that turned Anna against her mother.

I haven't really followed it closely, but it seems like the whole Anna Nicole Smith saga was nothing but a huge disaster for all involved, her mother included. She always admired Marilyn Monroe, and wanted to become like her. Unfortunately she managed to do that. I'm really sad about her death
Most of all, I feel sorry for the young child, who was born into all this madness through no fault of her own. Anna Nicole's mother had her part in this saga, and maybe its best if the mother does not bring up this child..
As for all that money, maybe it should be put in a trust fund for the child. However, I'd be wary of that. Wherever that money went, disaster would follow.

Tragedy strikes all over the world. You're sad for Anna Nicole because the media keeps her life in the headlines. What about all of the children starving around the world? Or the thousands of people who lose their homes (and some lost their lives) in New Orleans? Or the hundreds of thousands of people dying from AIDS in Africa, where it's a holocaust? Or the tens of thousands of people in Darfur being systematically slaughtered?
Does any of that genuinely sadden you, or do you just care about one phony irresponsible celebrity who wasted her life?

I havn't followed the whole story as I guess we won't get to see or hear it here..(the true facts that is)...but, I do remember not long after she died that her Mother stated she was going to fight in court to ensure Annas baby went to her ex boyfriend...The reason she gave was because she knew the baby would be in safe hands !!....So, I believe at the beginning the babys Grandmothers protective instinct kicked in and she thought only of the babys welfare.........I hope she is still thinking this way and not in it purely for the notoriety or money..............

i think everyone involved in all of that mess (except the baby) is strange. birkhead seems to have some sense, but then again he did actually DATE anna for a year or two -- so how sane could he really be. i wasn't anna's biggest fan either, but found myself sad that she was gone.

nicely I dont know if i visit make a sturdy arguement...... yet I do imagine each body is out for her money, because Anna did not get including her mom, and propably took that detest for her mom to the grave(oh wait she's nevertheless only a corpse) in any case.....everyone can "pretend" cry, and that i visit too.

I am not taking a hard stand on this...BUT...she is the grandmother you guys...she raised Danny until he was 8.
Anna...was on drugs and DELUSIONAL.
How do you expect Virgie to look....she has been going through HELL....she wants that baby away from that evil
Howard....it even looks like Larry is falling under his evil spell.

When it comes to that kind of money everybody changes. I think it should be put in an account for the baby, with so much a month going to who ever gets custody.

I do not like any of those people. Especially Anna Nicole. But I love the drama. Too bad the photographer got rid of his attorney she was good.

In my opinion, I don't think that the mother should get anything. Not the money, and CERTAINLY not the baby. We all know that Anna did NOT one that, and as her wish I think that should be respected.
