well you can't stop the clock.........but you are as young as you feel, so do things that make you feel young.........keep active, stay healthy

"YOUNG" is a state of mind...If you do not feel young chances are you will not look ,act or stay young.How does one feel young..2 things..FIRST..You have to take care of your physical and medical health.Have a yearly physical exam or if you feel sick please get medical attention immediately,(this way you stay healthy).Follow a well blanced diet with plenty of water,fruit ,vegetables,meat ,fish,and dairy products.(Canadas Food Guide)Get plenty of sleep (8 hours)Lots of fresh air and exercises.SECOND..You need to have a healthy mental state of mind.That is try to limit the stressors in your life..try to see the positive side of life.Too much doom and gloom and WORRY make one old very fast! If life is on a
rollercoaster for you ,you need to get off and try some relaxation,meditation,and deep breathing exercices.This will also relax the" crinkles" in you face.Surrond yourself with happy people,these are the ones that give you a lift,try laughing out loud,this takes years off your face.Feel confident and secure within yourself,you will find that inner, young ,
beauty surface and people will ask you "How do you stay so young ?" .It is all in the state of mind..........

We can retain youth in good exercise, a good healthy diet, a low stress life. The key however is to have the attitude that you are young. Act like a kid once in awhile. It will make you feel young.

Try real age web site. Walk, don't drive. Don't eat fried food. No smoking or drinking. Don't have sedentary job. If you are serious about this, become a carpenter, will stay buff till u are 65!

Exercise, eat right and take care of yourself and of your body. Be active and whatever you do do not feel or act old. Talk to a health doctor as well for tips on this. Take vitamins as well. Do not smoke or drink either as they can make you feel older and they harm your body.

passion in life..true passion ( no not just physical)
i'm speaking about loving life..throwing yourself at life ....
truly taking a bite out of life!
listen to new music...dress in a newer style...
in other words keep open to new things.
to stay young physically..good healthy diet..exercise..staying well groomed.
