Buy another Hard drive and make it the slave THEN transfer all you stored files that aren't OS related to the slave drive

You could try going to the control panel and uninstall unwanted programs using add/remove software utility to free up more space. Also, you might want to check out your files, pictures, videos, music, etc. because there might happen to be some unwanted ones which you can delete to free hard drive space. You cannot clean off the 95% because it contains your operating system, which usually occupies 5GB of your hard drive by default and some other softwares/programs that you might need, such as MS Office. Good luck! =)

1) Uninstall any software you no longer need, especially if you have the program backed up on cd or another drive. (In future try to keep a backup with the license key.)
2) Delete any old files, especially if you can back them up off the pc.
3) Run Ccleaner, use the Issues tool, then the Cleaner

4) Run an anti spyware and an anti adware.
You need all these anti spyware programs;
http://www.ewido.net - AVG(Ewido) anti trojan.
http://www.safer-networking.org - Spybot Search and Destroy anti spyware. Use the Teatimer settings to protect Internet Explorer, and the Immuniser to stop malware getting on your pc.
Spywareblaster works with Internet Explorer and Firefox. It won't uninstall spyware that is already on your pc, but it will prevent hijacks and other malicious changes to your browser.

Plus;

5) Defragment the hard drive at start - programs - accessories - system tools - disc defragmenter.

try this
Right Click Drive >Properties > Disk Cleanup

Select all files and then delete them.

On the main properties page check option. "Compress Hard drive".

if that does not give enough space then u have to delete some files from that partition.

u can optionally use the software Partition Magic for cutting of space from other partition and inserting into the desired partition.

If they are programs you have to uninstall...otherwise just delete files you don't need anymore, There are programs that do this. Delete cookies and temporary internet files and old e-mails.

Go to system tools in windows.do system cleanup and defrag.
