My sister, who is a fashion maven, buys a lot of stuff from Goodwill. It takes some picking through, but she walks in with $20 and walks out with a crapload of clothes.

If you want used clothes that stil look nice go to Platos Closet. Never been there but my friends have and theire clothes look nice.
If you want name brand clothes like Hollister, American Eagle, Old Navy, Alloy, Abercrombie & Fitch, go to theire websites and go to clearance and see if you like anything. Just order online and Voila!!
Or if you don't want name brand clothes just go to Target very cute clothes!! Or you could go to Kohls even better than Target.

Try thrift stores and consignment shops. The stuff may be used, but there is still alot of life in them.
