i want to give my best friend a cool present but i dont know what to get her yet?

The coolest presents are always the ones which hold memories.
Get a scrapbook or a poster done.
You could always design a poster on the computer with her as the big star and then get a printing shop to print it. Like make her the Ashlee Simpson or the Avril Lavigne of the poster. Get her to pose casually with you and then cut yourself out of the picture and using the computer, do up something she can hang on her wall.
Alternatively, do a lovely picture scrapbook.

Make up an album of memories of your friendship. Attach photos, write about the fun times you have had together. Even give her a list of all the things you would give her if you could(it shows how much you have paid attention to her hopes & dreams). This is a personal present & doesn't have to cost a lot but will be very special. Make sure you leave some blank pages for her to add too as well.

You are spending times with her. Till now you are unable to know about her choice? You can give a photo-frame, an album, any decorating item.

My dad gave me a pearl ring and my oldest brother gave me a gift certificate for a make over at a spa.

Maybe you could give her favorite album (ofcourse, by her favorite band/artist), bracelet and maybe cute lingerie (not for the purpose that your thinking okay?) just to build up her confidence.
