Because we don't need alot of heavy dark grain taste to enjoy the alcohol content. Which by the way is same. If you like that thick heavy grain, eat a bowl of cereal

Not being a drinker,I can't honestly say,but being married to an alcoholic,it sure wastes a lot of money for something you could catch for free falling from the sky.
