I use pressed powder and I have the same skin as liquid can block your pores and then you get more spots. Virgin Vies is one of the best but for a good alternative try the avons its only about £6 but it is soooo worth it

i have prone spot skin and i found powder dried it out and produced more spots
i now use liquid foundation and boots expert cleasing lotion and their is an improvement in my skin
all i can tell you is try both and by some on boots expert clesing lotion or face wash and your skin should not suffer to badly
what ever you do put a light moisturiser on first though.

I think the powder would be best for you because my skin is also dry/oily plus sensitive and i use powder.

I have this problem. I use mousse foundation like Dream Matte Mousse by Maybelline on top of concealer. Then I lightly cover my face with pressed powder. It gives your face a radiant effect and covers spots very well.

With combo. skin I recommend liquid. With dry skin, even with people with dry skin in certain areas of the face will look even drier when you use any type of powder application. The only thing with the liquid with oilily skin is that you may start to shine. So, you really can't win with combo. skin!

I would try compressed powder b/c the powder will "soak up" the oil. and the foundation has oil in it so it makes ur skin look super oily. My opinion.

Try a lighter tinted moisturizer and a loose powder. Mac cosmetics have what you're looking for. One trick is to use a makeup brush with the pressed powder to make it more like loose.

i use liquid and like it better. But if you have oily skin use powder. Dry skin use liquid.
