Is it INCEST? Sylvia Brown says that every one who is in your life now has always been in your life in one way or another. So if a father sleeps with his daughter, could he use this logic of hers as a defense in court? I don't condone this action, I just wanted others opinions so I can give this person a wide variety of answers.

That is incest! He could never use that in court as an excuse. What you said that Sylvia Brown said "that every one who is in your life now has always been in your life in one way or another" has nothing to do with SEX! and on top of it, it is only her opinion! I live in West Virginia (which incest does exist), and before 2 people get married here, they are asked if they are related, and if they are cousins, they might as well forget it, let alone father and daughter. It's the blood line that messes thing up, and the odds of deformity is much higher.
