Plug the card back in, hook the monitor up to it, and press "delete" or "ESC" while booting. You need to set the bios to detect the AGP slot as the primary video device, I had the same problem with my computer.....
Once you change the settings, press F10 to save the settings and see if windows starts, if not go back and find what setting your missing.....

i'd flow with the Radeon HD 4650 1GB I appropriate to below it ought to help an growing old AGP equipment nonetheless play some no longer so present day video games. the cardboard i'm linking you to expenditures seventy 4$ USD, and it really is a spectacular purchase more cost-effective than procuring a sparkling motherboard, cpu, ram and video card. in case you at the instantaneous are not on the reducing fringe of gaming taking area in the most present day video games this card will serve you nicely. the guy putting forward AGP is the worst is really fairly incorrect. time-honored PCI has a optimal records throughput of 132 MB/s it extremely is a spectacular purchase slower than AGP 8X's 2,one hundred MB/s. PCI-E 16X has a max of 4000 MB/s (8000 MB/s going both instructions). AGP isn't a nasty slot it really is growing old yet in case you do not opt to finish out replace your entire workstation an AGP card remains a first rate selection. wish I helped you some. Ryan
