in gta:vice city stories for psp can you drive every single helicopter?

I want to get the game but i have some questions i have seen that there is a coast guard helicopter can you drive it? is the map like Vice city and are there airplanes?oooo and is it better that gta:vice city?

Yeah you can drive everything.

I drove the coast guard helicopter and news helicopters and some other ones. It's a fun game but I would still say San Andreas is better.

Yes, also you can do ambulance and firefighter missions in them as well. In addition you can take tourists around in a helicopter, a bit like "see the sight before your flight" in Liberty City Stories.
