Ireland has cooler colors!
and they have their heads on straight with good food and scenery! But England people have more to do.

Being Irish I hate to say England but in terms of football it has to be, we don't have a Gerrard, Lampard, Owen, Rooney etc etc....
In terms of the countries themselves I don't know, I've never lived in England.
