i would recommend going to http://www.fanfiction.net aka ff.net for short. it's a goldmine filled with fanfictions... most fanfic writers whether they be writers of anime, book, movie, tv show fiction post there... aside from really organized searches (you can filter your searches to only include the central character/s that you want the fiction to revolve around, the status of the fiction: complete or work-in-progress, length and so on and so forth...), it offers c2... it's sort of like a group wherein fictions meeting the given requirement predecided by the owner is listed and you can choose from there...think of it as a shrine for a certain pairing or theme in of a wide range of fanfiction... this system effetively filters out a lot of fanfics and saves time and effort
i know other sites that offer more specific types of fanfiction like mediaminer,org or skyhawke.com but so far, ff.net is still the biggest and most complete fanfic online archive i've encountered

If you're looking to POST your fanfiction, you can go to www.readwriteforum.co.nr. There aren't many fanfics on it now, but it has a guest section for people who don't want to register.

Fanfiction.net is the best cos it got quite a variety of anime. A lot of the fiction it high quality that the one outside this website..
