Is there any problem if a boy haven't reach his puberty although he have hit the age age of 16? He have no 'hair' grown except 4 his head! No mustach too. So whats the maximum age of hitting puberty for a boy? What are the causes? urGENT 4 my FREN! (does he need to inject hormornes or just wait?)

You can wait, it happens at different times for developing boys. If it worries erm you or your erm friend too much, go see your doctor. I know its embarrassing but if it really is a concern just do it ok.
Failing that go to gay section here, at least they will answer you, there is considerable help there for developing boys but as usual some do take the piss. I hope ive helped you to help your friend. Take care David :))

dud , tell ur friend to relax...i had no hair growing till 17.. and now iam hair like a bear....tell him to relax...it sucks when you have to shave trust me.......maybe by the age of 18 if nothing is happening it is not a bad idea to see a doctor ....just to make sure every thing is okay
