It's not sure if blood type and horoscopes do affect personalities. Rather, they might describe it.

you can blend the meaning of the horoscope with the blood types for additional information.

There are Blood types A, B, AB and 0.

Type A belongs to the more serious people who are very dutyful. They are more reluctant than the other blood types. Bllod type A needs some time to get used to someone or something.

Type B belongs to the most sensitive people, often hidden behind a mask or shield. They are quite jealous.

Type AB is the most complicated of all. They are the feelers and always in conflict with their own inner self. They act on their instinctive drives. Their feelings are very changeable though and are doubters.

Type 0 is always on the move and the most mutable of all blood types. They are very sociable and lead a very active life.

I don't believe so, because then there would only be four types of people, which would be completely ridiculous, as everyone is an individual and no two people are exactly alike (not even identical twins!) I believe that personality is very strongly influenced by a combination of genetics (DNA) and the environment in which you grew up (your cultural beliefs, your beliefs that you gained from your parents, your social status, and your own experiences). I don't know if you've ever noticed this, but people will all work towards a common goal, but you have to motivate them in different ways, and this is a direct result of their varying backgrounds. So, no, I don't feel that blood types can affect personality.

Everyone has a uniqueness.
From britannica.com:
Totality of an individual's behavioral and emotional characteristics. Personality embraces a person's moods, attitudes, opinions, motivations, and style of thinking, perceiving, speaking, and acting. It is part of what makes each individual distinct.
Contemporary personality studies tend to be empirical (based on the administration of projective tests or personality inventories) and less theoretically sweeping and tend to emphasize personal identity and development. Personality traits are usually seen as the product of both genetic predisposition and experience.

Theories abound but it seem personality is more due to enviorment and experience than anything else. You can't expect a New York bishop to have the same personality as a Mongolian nomad ox herder even if they share same birthdate and blood type.

Not blood type but your horoscope is totally about your personality! Is it not?
