Slowly over my life I have been able to remember my dreams more and more. Now I am at a point where every dream is vivid and is fresh in my mind when I wake up. They are vivid to a point where for the morning (and possibly longer) it will feel like they really happened. Sometimes this is fun, but usually it just seems to make things confusing for me. Is there anything I can do about this?

Be careful you are not eating late at night or having too much caffeine, they seem to overstimulate the mind and body.
Wind down before bedtime with a warm soothing bath so that your body and mind get the idea its time for a rest.

There is nothing you can do to dream unless you go to the doctor and get medication to make you sleep so hard you don't remember.Dreams are important to your sub-conscious.If you are having bad dreams and they are bothering you to this point you might want to speak to someone. Your doctor, friend someone.

I don't think so. You have no control over your mind when you are sleep. Just enjoy the good ones, and chalk up to the others as a active mind

we dream when we get to like a certain stage of our sleep, (i think it was 8th) so you could sleep less at night and take short naps during the day.
if you sleep for less time, i'm pretty sure you won't dream.
