You are dealing with a scam. Anything that seems suspicious forward to ( spoof@ebay.com ) and they will look at it and reply. Ebay never asks for that info "and" they use your first and last name in email communication, not your email address like the scams do.

Yes, definitely a scam. I mean the email itself. Ebay itself is trustworthy for me. I trade online over 100 deals without any problems. As long as we stay with their rules, we will be fine.
Even signup is a breeze. I am reside in Malaysia, Ebay is still work perfectly for me. Despite the high postage from usa to Malaysia, I still get a lot of good deals there.
Nowsaday, con artists misuse all the brand names to do their tricks. Some of them send you emails with logo of renowned banks asking you to update your pin number, etc. After they get the Pin you input in their fake website, they simply take control over you money in your bank account. So, always read the announcement pages of your individual banks. Banks frequently update their clustomers about these activities.

It's a scam email to steal all your personal details and all your money. Delete the email after reporting the scam to ebay.
