Hi,
I want buy a notebook Hp pavillion, on the advertising it's writte about the graphic cards up to 287 MB, it's mean i can upgrade it to 287 MB, how to do? Or graphic card s have already 287 MB?
Is it better than a graphic cards with 256 MB? Thx 4 your advice !

i dont think that the graphics card has this amount of memory installed since it does not correspond to the binary counting of 0,1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512 and so forth. the only logical explanation i see is that the graphic card has a technology that allows you to use the systems ram to boost gaming performance and so the card would have 256+32 that it takes up on your ram. 256+32=288 but 1 meg isnt really much a difference

im sure this HP laptop "add" is misleading, 287 is a number not used, its 64-128-256-512-1000 so what laptops do is add memory ram to video ram making a weird number like that
