It's seems when you a Dem and commit a crime like that you just get a slap on the wrist. If that was a Republican that did that there would be endless investigations and hearings and special prosecutors. Not to mention the 24 hour a day coverage on CNN, and MSNBC. And every Democrat would be calling for the resignation of every republican man woman child and dog.

Of course she should be. However, the Justice Department seems to not care about Democrats due to selective screening. There are laws to ensure a prosecutor is not held accountable for not bringing cases to trial but that doesn't mean they will keep their jobs.
Luckily, we have someone trying to take charge regardless of what the slime (reporters and Dems) say.
