I don't hate him personally....I just don't agree with his agenda.

The endless war in Iraq has no victory plan, yet we continue to waste billions there. Tax cuts for the rich did little but create a massive deficit. And 250 billion a year in deficits will bankrupt America.

President Bush has the luck of being the president at a time when there is nothing but chaos. I believe he is going to be seen as a very good president if ever given the chance he deserves by history.

He has taken the terrorist attacks away from the United States by being proactive after the previous president allowed terrorism to flourish

He has ensured we have seen economic growth and a bull market during a war...which is unheard of. There is normally a recession during times of war.

President Bush has managed to keep his personal areas to himself.

President Bush has delivered promise after promise to this country no matter how much of a hit he takes in polls. Anyone can do the easy choice but it takes a real man with character to take the hard road.

I can go on and on about specific laws and agendas but the point I am getting to is the man is ahead of his time and has everything aimed at him to fail. Somehow despite this he has, and will continue to, gotten his agenda done.

EDIT: the thumbs down made me forget what I wanted to lead off with....

Not too much specifics will be in this post because people will stop reading after I say yes I like him and give me a thumbs down. Sadly, I have been proven correct already.

Hating never solves anything except perhaps to fuel more hate! I admire President Bush....he has the character to stand by his decisions, the guts to make tough decisions and the ability to get out of bed each morning and face the hatred raining down on him! This war has proven to be an unpopular war and I, for one, admire his not caving in to despots filled with hate!

I believe Bush has been a failure, and agree with the 12% of historians who say he is the worst president of all.

Source: http://hnn.us/articles/5019.html

Quotes: Of 415 historians who expressed a view of President Bush’s administration to this point as a success or failure, 338 classified it as a failure and 77 as a success. (Moreover, it seems likely that at least eight of those who said it is a success were being sarcastic, since seven said Bush’s presidency is only the best since Clinton’s and one named Millard Fillmore.) Twelve percent of all the historians who responded rate the current presidency the worst in all of American history, not too far behind the 19 percent who see it at this point as an overall success.

Here is why:
1. Broke international treaties or scoffed at them (Kioto, Geneva Conventions)

2. Did NOTHING to stop the second plane from crashing into the World Trade Center (when Payne Stewart, the golfer, was in a plane that started to stray off course, there were 2 fighter jets beside the plane within 15 minutes. Yet 4 airliners were allowed to stray off course with NO fighter jet intervention).

3. Told us LIES (Niger yellow cake) to get us into the Iraq war, and then sidelined Gen. Shinseki, who had a plan for stabilizing the country, and boosted Donald Rumsfeld, a man with no military planning experience and whose plan basically turned Iraq into chaos.

4. Pushed through no-bid contracts to Haliburton and KBR, which have apparently mis-spent billions of dollars in Iraq, and not provided the services they said they would.

5. Has systematically usurped power from the courts and Congress to create an unconstitutional unitary executive

Yes, he should be impeached, convicted, and removed from office--and then shipped off to the Hague to stand trial for war crimes.

He is a man of rigid opinion and little imagination. His nature is to listen to advice from a very small and like-thinking circle of advisors and come to a quick decision and then to stick to that decision no matter how bad that decision turns out to be.

These traits are disasterous in a leader and Bush has truly been a disaster as President.

A man that has to lie to make his point either doesn't believe-in what he is doing or has no moral intestinal fortitude.

I don't like him because he plays dirty politics. While he proclaims himself a Christian, he used men like Karl Rove to smear the names of anybody who opposes him- ask John McCain. I have no respect for that.

I also don't like him because of his general arrogance and refusal to consider other viewpoints. I think he is hurting this country with that attitude.

He is a puppet boy and an oil whore. He's cost over 3000 of our soldiers their lives under false pretenses. Don't care for him.

I have a job, I have a home, I have a car, I'm free to roam. There have been no attacks, in over 5 years -- so all you'll hear from me are lots of cheers.
