Is "The Clearing" worth a view?

Question

I'm a Robert Redford fan. So many movies have
come out in the last five years and I guess I am
just picky. The movie he did with Brad Pitt was
pretty good. Thanks for your feedback.

It's more of a character study than plot driven kind of movie. The real star of the movie is Willem Defoe as it focuses on what motivated him to kidnap Redford. It's kind of a downer, no real inspiration like some of Redford's movies. It's okay, but not worth going out of your way to watch.
