I need help!!
Whenever I connect my laptop to my TV via the s-video out cable, it always shows up in only black and white. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Look on your laptop there should be a key that has writting on it in the same color as your Fn (Function) key. The key you are looking for says LCD/CRT(or it may have to boxes seperated by a slash). Press and hold the function key and then press the LCD/CRT button (one then wait then repeat) until you tv lights up.

At least your getting something on the screen, so your half way there.....
Check the settings for the secondary screen.....
Right click the desktop, select properties.
Select the "settings" tab.
Select the number 2 screen.
Set "screen resolution" to 1024 by 768
Set Color quality to 32 bit.....
Then click apply, accept the settings and you should see color.

hit the F9, it should have a little box or tv screen next to it on laptop
