I'm quite worried about why i still don't have armpit hair. I'm already 15 and still there is no sign of armpit hair. I have hair at my pubic area. I have narrow shoulders and I don't have any muscles. I wish i could develop some but the problem is no matter how i eat i don't seem to gain any meat as i am quite skinny. Therefore i have no idea how am i suppose to develop muscles. These does make me feel less masculine at times. Any help or tips?

Hey there!
It's typical for guys at this age to be focused on their body & how it's changing & how you look. So far, you're normal!
Armpit hair is often the last hair to come in. And, if you're blond; it may seem to take forever. But your body will do what it's supposed to do...when it feels the time is right. There's not a lot you can do about that.
As young men, it's common for your metabolism to be high. That means you burn calories quickly.
You may want to consider drinking whey protein shakes & working out regularly to help build muscle. Exercise, diet & weight lifting are the keys to bulking up.

my armpit hair didn't appear until i was 16. i'm blonde small and thin. still cant really see much armpit hair its there just short and blonde. i still feel masculine. there are alot of ways masculinity can be described muscle and pit hair are just physical. you're a man! and inherently masculine. defining gender is becoming increasingly more complex. but you're still worried about your body dont worry youll be hairy enough sooner or later in the mean time do some push ups daily like someone else suggested. youll start to see result if you're strict about it and someone will want to cop a feel.

The only way to gain muscle is to work-out or be involved in athletics. Everything else will come with time.

Do push ups. Get in a routine and do it every morning when you get up. You don't have to do many, start with say 3-5, but do it properly. Keep your back straight and don't bend it. Use your arms and chest to push yourself up.
