i bought a new pc a couple of months ago and its has a 3.06 ghz processor and 1.00 GB of RAM and an NVIDIA geforce 6600le graphic card with 256 DDRAM on it but it wont give me its full performance could anyone help plz?

Not sure what you mean by full performance but generally you won't be able to play all games at full detail because your graphic card is a little weak. 1024*768 should be great for most games though.

If it's generally slow in windows and games that is another matter. The processor or north bridge could be over heating, you might be infected with spyware, your motherboard might be using a budget chipset, or 100 or so other things.
