No it does not. However, Jefferson in writings said the government needs to fear the people. Other forefathers felt along the same way, they didn't want the government to become all powerful.

This an example of legal vs human rights. NO. The Constitution provides no legal right to overthrow the government. It doesn't make to sense to give people the legal right to abandon the legal system legally. However, the Declaration of Independence, which is not a legal document, but exactly that, a declaration of independence from British rule, DOES spell out the conditions and reasons for the rebellion. And those reasons were human right reasons.
So you have no legal right, but human right. If successful, then you get to form a new government. If unsuccessful, you get an execution.
So the question is if the government guilty of "repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States" then yes you have the human right of overthrowing the government.

Isn't Overthrow, between morning coffee, a session on Yahoo answers, and afternoon brunch at Hooters with friends to watch the Basketball Tourny? The only thing poeple will ever overthrow, is their dirty laundry, when they miss the hamper on the way to the shower. Whether or not the "Right" is there, most Americans just wait the time until a new vote can be cast, there isn't the need to OVERTHROW because, in time, a new President and cabinet will come in.....then, we adapt to them, so on, so forth, it is how it is......Good Luck with wherever research on this issue is going though, and, who knows, maybe after some wings from Hooters, and if my team loses, maybe I will want to Overthrow.

The preamble to the Declaration of Independence has been argued to presuppose that right. However, we are firmly informed that the interpretation is incorrect.
"When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."
It's the bit about being "necessary" to dissolve the political bonds that is argued to presuppose a right of dissolution.
It did the Southern States no good in the 1860's, however.

...You have no "right" to over-throw the Government, however, in a Revolution a Government is overthrown and a new one is sometime established... be careful of who you plan to overthrow... "they" might have something to say about it...!!! You might find yourself doing a-lot of "time" on a very lonely rock somewhere... If you are truly un-happy with your Government.... my I suggest a time away... ummm take a year off and visit...Ohhhh, North Korea or perhaps Iran I hear Mogadishu is popular this time of year...

no, what it means by overthrow is we have the power to get the elected leaders out WITHOUT force...in other words, when the next term comes around we vote them out...
New Hampshire is the only state that has the right(according to it's constitution) to forcefully overthrow it's government.
