Click Start, Run, type cmd and press enter. At the prompt type:
nslookup www.whatever.com
That'll tell you any different IP addresses that website has.
Edit:
ZRX mentions traceroute, but that will only tell you one IP address of the website (whichever responds to the request) and will take a longer amount of time because it will tell you all of the computers in between you and the website. As I said previously, nslookup www.website.com seems to suit your question more. Also, if you just want one IP of a website rather than them all, you could do:
ping www.website.com

Open a command window / prompt
Type TRACERT WWW.MICROSOFT.COM
and press enter
What you should see the trace going from your machine to the website. You'll get the IP address of the machine interfacing the internet for that company.
