Fish are weird that way, you seem to have found their perfect conditions.

When I say weird I mean that someone who has a perfect maintenance record and does everything right may be able to keep fish alive to only their expected life span (4 to 7 years) while someone who just putters with their tank (no I don't Mean you, LOL) will have fish that live forever(figuratively speaking).

Whatever your doing keep it up.

Good luck.
E.

10-20 years is a good lifespan for a properly cared for silver dollar. They can live longer, but its not that common.

Not sure if anyone will really know. probably no where near that long in the wild. i really would not be surprised if they lived another 2-4 years. How big are they?

10-20 years so your fish have probably 7 years to live. actually they can live longer though too.
