I'd say either Hawaii or Alaska because their no where near the United States. Why couldn't Alaska be part of Canada and Hawaii be part of Indonesia?

Actually I am fond of all of them..Never quite understood why Hawaii was so willing to jump in with us though..Seems like a whole 'nother world there..=)

Great question. How about Louisiana they cannot seem to take care of themselves. They cannot elect anybody to correct their problems. When disaster hits the mayor just ran and hid. Or Florida, Just chop it off and let it float away. Too many problems down there.
