I supported him once upon a time. Then he continually embarrassed this country and all we have ever stood for. I respect the office of the Presidency, but that doesn't mean I have to respect the man. He has disgraced it. He can't even say Nu'-cle-ar, even though his own wife corrected him. He needs to resign like all of his cronies, or we need to impeach him. Just because he's a republican doesn't mean we picked the right man for the job.
Tom Wolfe, a terrific writer, was asked on a recent talk show, "For what will George Bush be remembered?" Mr. Wolfe replied, "His ignorance. He's the most ignorant president we've ever had."
So why, in God's name, should we rally around him now?

You question makes me wonder - When the Russian army was entering Berlin, how many Germans were thinking "Isn't this the time we should all come together and support our Furher?"

I've always supported the current administration, I haven't always agreed with it but I've always respected them. Because I think that's what makes us Americans. Its a show of weakness to others( Nations) When we argue amongst ourselves like adolescents in a schoolyard

Its good to support your political party but when its practicing its ideology. In the case of GWB, I see it not being in the mainstream of the GOP not to mention in upholding its values.
Its o.k. to make 1,2 or even 3 mistakes but when that figure exceeds the norms of practicality, then something has terribly gone wrong . A reality check is required.
P.S. It appears that you already knew the answer before you even raised the question.

No. Blindly supporting a leader just for the sake of it is never a good idea. Nazi Germany comes to mind.

nope, he lost that privilege when he lied to us so he could invade Iraq...(don't bring up those 500 degraded used up chemical weapons they found from the pre-gulf war time, we went in there for weapons that could actually hurt us)
i would have supported him entirely if he had stayed with the individuals that actually planned and took part in 9/11...

I agree, I am in full support of him resigning so we can get the incompetence and corruption out of the white house.
