Smell - no big deal.
Taste - a big part of this is smell, so it's pretty much shot anyway.
Naming one of the last three is really difficult, but I think I could probably function best with hearing and touch. So sight is the third - though I wouldn't give it up easily!!

smell (then i dont have to smell the stinky stuff)
taste, maybe i wouldnt eat so much yummy stuff and eat healthier because i wouldnt taste a difference)
touch, i dont have a reason other than i think it would be more difficult to lose the other two :)

Since I am already loosing my hearing, sense of touch, and smell, I guess those three.

smell, taste, hearing. smell and taste kinda go together, need to touch and see way more than hear.
