WOW, ur all really stupid. If ur not sure on the answer, dont answer. He asked 4 the 1 coaster with the most loops not the coasters combined. Anyway, its in England and it has 10 loops. It's called Colossus (at Thorpe Park). Rides like X and the one in Japan are different.

Ten Inversion Roller Coaster (Chimelong Paradise) and Colosuss (Thorpe Park) are the two official record holders. They completely invert 10 times.
Eejanaika (Fuji-Q Highland) features a type of seat that can rotate on a controlled spin. It's seats, combined with its full inversions flip riders 14 times. This is not an official inversion because, in an inversion the rider, train, and track must all invert, not just the seats as in Eejanaika.
Note: Cedar Point doesn't have 64 roller coasters as an above answerer stated... it has 17 (world record) with the opening of Maverick this year.

I live in Michigan and I've been to Cedar Point three times, the Raptor definitely has the most loops.
