you go to tools and then Internet options and delete the browsing history and delete where it says what u have put into forums and that should delete it out of there i have to do that to mine alot

Well anyways, if you have FireFox
go to the tab above the window
TOOLS>CLEAR PRIVATE DATA>
then check all boxes
if you are using Internet Explorer
TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL (TAB)>
then look for delete cookies, delete them
then look for delete files, then delete them
then look for clear history and delete them,
but if you don't have Fire Fox, just go to
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Its actually more faster than IE, and is more secure.
