I had a similar problem and I treated it naturally. I used SHAKLEE vita cal and osteomatrix formulas at first then I added vitalmag too. I take 3 vita cal 3 osteomatrix and one vitalmag. I sleep for 5 to 6 hrs and work 13 hours at work and drive 2 hrs to and from work. I use these products because SHAKLEE is the best food supplement company I know of , they have been in the food supplement industry since 1955. and their research is better than anyonelses. so go to their website, and u can use ch10411 to order. u may email me here for more info. good luck.

nervousness, anxiety over study understandable
I have sleeping problems from anxiety, panic attacks and drug withdrawl, Curious as to what pills you took ?
I take these ones called temazepam they're very relaxing and they work for me. You need doc's script for them.
Try exercising to make you more tired, but i suppose you would be so busy with study? That's all i can suggest unless you want to try the homeopathic range of sleeping pills, they are completely natural but unsure of their benefits

Try chamomile tea, it is supposed to induce sleep, but honestly you are probably getting enough sleep as it is. Not everyone needs a full 8 hrs sleep.

Hi. Make regular physical exercise a habit. Go to gym and also try swimming. Spend atleast 1 1/2 hours in working out including swimming. You will feel easy, comfortable & also confident. Your concentration will improve and it will show marked improvement in your studies. Avoid junk foods outside. Please don't tell me you have no time.

Take melatonin. Some melatonin comes with chamomile added. If not, try to take chamomile tea in the morning/afternoon to relax your nerves. Don't take tea after dinner.

As long as you feel healthy after waking up is all right. If you wake up several times and your chest pounds heavily, drink glass or water or two everytime you wake that your body needs. Its a theraphy.
