Bangladesh have a very bright future. Bangladesh would give tough competition to other subcontinental teams in the future, their passion for cricket in not much different to Indians.

They are an improving side. They have defeated Australia, India, Pakistan, Lanka, they are improving their cricket slowly, they cant become a super side within a year or so, it would take time. They also have some quality players (Ashraful, A Razzaq, Bashar, Mortaza) in their side, which shows they can produce good cricketers.

Ireland is another promising team, they beat canada and drew with zimbabwe, this team have the ability to upset a big team.

It won't be a surprise to see Nepal to find in a good position in the international cricketing arena. At present they have a good young side...they have beaten few test playing nations (including Newzealand, South Africa... last year) in U-19 tournaments. It might take few years to see a good senior side. Political stability and funding in cricket can bring a new power in cricket.
Though the cricketing history is quite old(goes back to early 20th century), Nepal's emergence in the international cricket started from 1990s.

Among the already test playing nations, Bangladesh is really rising. Both Nepal and Bangladesh have a lot to contribute to the world cricket.
