Men manager, women dont get the job down and on top of it they get obnoxiously loud and obnoxiously bitchy kind of like feminists. Just look in the buisness world. Any female manager which had to do more than sit there set the company on a path of self destruction untill they rplaced the woman with a man. The y chromoson has an additional brain gene maybe it has to do with it ?

I can only jusge this by my personal experience and the two female managers I have had over my career were both put into their position BECAUSE they were female and NOT because they were the best suited or most qualified for the job. So I would have to deal w/ their constant incompetenances daily.
My experience is men are better managers!

I think it depends more on the person than on their gender, but for myself I've never had a good experience with female managers. I simply hate them and don't get along. I've always gotten along better with men, the women seem petty and always picking on things while the men look at the bigger picture and don't get locked down on the tiniest details.

Obviously women are going to say women and men, men.
I think it depends on the individual but I think men are easier o get along with. Women manager are too rough.

Either or...doesn't matter. The best manager is the manager who leads well, supports the team and ensures the success of everyone around them. The AVP and VP of the company I work for are women who are extremely qualified and are excellent leaders. I could care less about the gender....

In almost all careers, men are better than women. (no offence)
It is because men have the time and concentration to put into one and only one object.
In answer to your question, I'll say take one of each. :D
Men look at the bigger picture and can see into the future.
Women look into the tiny details.

Men are. If you put a women in a position of power at work it goes to there head. And they feel as if they have something to prove as well instead of just getting on with there job.

In some ways a woman is better but I have had great experiences with men too.
Women seem to multitask better and men seem to be less emotional so it is a toss up between the two.
