You need to stick your key in the other end.... OOPS I mean yu nede to stik it in the uther end , but yu haf to put it in the dore first too unloc it, gain entry, and luk four the kee hole nex to the weel on the inside. Turn the kee and it shud start rite up...

Put that same key in your ignition near the steering wheel. This same thing happened to Anna all the time!
