I dont think either way. A last name doest show an age of a person, last names are hundreds of years old, now if you said to me his name was Jake or Henery I would think the Jake would be younger then the Henery. I mean you didnt see people 50 years ago name their kids Jake, and there arent many Henery's named today.

I think old grumpy fellow with wornout brown shoes and patched up coat, can't even see teacher in the picture.Can see him lying in the park though.
