i want to go to uni next year to study media but i reall y want to go to one in scotland...do you know of any good ones? can i get funding? etc please help!!!

i suggest you look at the learndirectscotland website....it lists all the media course available. It really depends what sort of media you are interested in...Bell College in Hamilton (www.bell.ac.uk) is good on radio journalism and journalism, Paisley University has an excellent lecturer in screenwriting. (www.paisley.ac.uk)..these two institutions are about to merge to form the largest new university in Scotland, covering 4 campuses...probably to be called the University of the West of Scotland.

I am a university professor.

1/ Abandon media. It is of no value.

2/ Any university will take you if you have the money to pay for your studies.

3/ If you do not have the money, get a job.

Basically this website is focused on correspondance courses or courses of distance learning.http://www.ignou.info also contains information on ITI COURSE , CENTER OF EXCELLANCY ( C.O.E. ) and links for syllabus downloads of iti and center of excellancy . this website also contins information regarding how to get scholaship from UK for study in higher education in UK and USA .
