When you got your USB modem you also got the installation cd with the driver on it,
Switch off the pc, remove the usb modem , restart the pc, install the cd that came with the modem first, then plug the modem into the usb port, windows should find the new hardware and install the driver for the modem and thats should be it

It sounds like you don't have a internal modem that's why you are trying to use external right? If you have windows XP just click on the new hardware XP should find the driver for you. If not maybe corrupt so try this http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c680a7b6-e8fa-45c4-a171-1b389cfacdad&displaylang=en
a repair for autoplays from microsoft. Still don't work did you get a CD with the modem Install in/reinstall. If you don't have windows XP you may have to install a program that you got with the modem. See if a internal is installed go to control panel then Modem.

DVI is extra effectual than VGA for TFTs because of the fact they are digital and VGA is analog. A TFT displayes its image digitally, pixel in keeping with pixel. by DVI the panel gets information for each pixel, so the image generated in the pics card will journey appropriate with the pixels on the panel itself. while you're utilising an high priced liquid crystal exhibit video exhibit then you definately might (might) see a metamorphosis in the standard of the image.
