i want ur help regarding the list of possible questions that can be asked by the HR while interview in BPO/CALL CENTRE for technical process( regarding computer Hardware and Networking)

call center like Convergys ask interview question re: tell me about yourself, work history, difficulties encountered in present job, why you want to join company, even unrelated question like: How you organize your friends when you transfer in your apartment. In short, 3 usual questions are ask: 1. theoretical which you are led into hypothetical answer 2. leading question on open close meaning answer question with elaboration and 3. answerable by yes or no.
or just click Interview on call center. All questions are to test you fluency in English, Pronunciation, conversational or communication skill.

Apart from technical knowledge u are needed to have confidence and presence of mind to handle the situation and answer the person back. A good english is must.
